4f9087bd38 feat: Z36 host_meta-only publish + Z37 SyncPage LWW UX 
Allow display-name-only publish via host_meta; stop treating company conflicts 403 as a fault and ship rebuilt web dist.

75622a728e fix: allow deleting system default sync channel with immediate heal 
Remove hard ban that returned 400 with no UI feedback; delete then Ensure+rebinding, and show confirm/toast on SyncPage.

76cdcd760e feat: ship loose-offline dbsync (validate, agent push, LWW audit) 
Add UUID/FK channel checks, agent whitelist/push APIs, bindings, super-admin LWW audit with rollback, reconcile rate limits, and sync docs. Default customers stay opt-in; company conflict UI is removed.
